THE ALCHEMY… OF KINDNESS

Anyone who’ll read this can’t probably believe that the Pangu Shengong exercise helped me a lot to succeed in this specific job position. I was required to travel 3 to 5 hours by car, then fly to another capital and then arrive back at night. Attempting stressful meetings that required difficult preparation. Almost every week. And the most challenging thing was dealing with the stress of a long wait (6 months to 1 year) before achieving one single sales deal.

Pangu Shengong exercise helped me dramatically with the following:
– To have enough energy to accomplish any task and challenge (of course also financial motivation helped me!).
– To manage the stress during meetings at C-suite level or director level.
– To improve relations with colleagues.
– To increase my business volume thanks to the aforesaid achievements.
– DID NOT GET SICK. MEANS ZERO SICK DAYS AT JOB IN 10 YEARS (doesn’t mean to go to the office with flu, means to not get the flu)

Thanks to the advice from Master Ou and taking time to read Master Ou’s articles and experiences of other students, and of course thanks to the possibility of practicing more forms daily, through learning the advanced form, I did significantly improve my health status.

A couple pieces of advice (from Master Ou) that I think made a great improvement into my practice are the following:
– Forget about your disease, calm your mind and practice more.
– Being happy is even more important than being calm.
– Do not get angry, try to keep calm, and do not rush with reactions.
– Avoid speaking or acting in ways that are harmful to others around. (It’s part of the password, “speak with reason..”)

My health status has improved so much during the last 10 years that I never again had a herpex simplex problem, no winter flu even when people in my family got It and we spent winter days together. No irritable bowel syndrome, no hemorrhoids. And, the hernia has almost disappeared.

A Wonderful Day – Pangu Shengong One Day Retreat

On May 15, 2021, we had a wonderful day with all the Pangu Shengong students who attended the One Day Retreat via zoom, broadcasted live from Pangu Ranch. Please see a feedback below:

“The Saturday Retreat was SO wonderful, I do not even have words to describe it. I send my gratitude to your whole family at Pangu Ranch. I experience the Qi as though I am right there at the Ranch, and it is stronger than ever before. I feel my body can barely hold it all! My favorite part was the morning practice along with the video featuring the Heart garden/ reflecting pool/ and Heaven, Earth Humanity Harmony garden. I would like to practice daily with that video. It filled my heart, mind, and soul to the brim.

Virtual Group Practice of the Moving Form

The Pangu Shengong Moving Form virtual group practices, based at the Pangu Ranch, have been available online twice a day (8 am and 5 pm Pacific Time) since the beginning of March. The sessions are by Olivia, Master Ou’s daughter, and other instructors at Pangu Ranch.

Participants have reported that these group practices leave them feeling calmer and happier. They also found that the practice was more supportive and they felt a stronger sense of energy. With the beautiful views of the garden and the powerful love from the practice student feel greater motivation to do the moving form each day.

It might not be possible for us to keep running the group practice all year long but we will continue to do it for the next two months to help you through this pandemic situation.
