A New Year’s Greeting and Blessing for 2019
It is Master Ou’s sincere wish that everyone continue to grow in health and happiness in the coming year of 2019. He hopes that all of his students will conscientiously and diligently apply Pangu philosophy, practice the forms and listen to his music and chants to improve their lives and to help others on the path to health and happiness.
[The Heart Garden created and nurtured by Master Ou is beautiful and powerful. Many Pangu Shengong students love to do Pangu Shengong practice in the garden to absorb extra powerful healing energy.]
Since its creation in 1990, Master Ou’s Moving Form has helped hundreds of thousands cure their illnesses, balance their emotions and experience deep spiritual growth. Through his guidance, many people have moved beyond mere recovery and into continued health, growing strength and have found deep and lasting meaning in their lives. 2018 has seen more people receive benefits though Pangu Shengong that would be considered impossible by modern medical standards. Here we would like to mention two examples.
In 1999, Anne was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Her doctors offered her the same grim prognosis given to other MS patients: her condition would worsen with less strength and ability to walk, a need for a cane and a likelihood that she would need a wheelchair in the near future. In 2002, she learned the Moving Form from Master Ou and received regular treatments. Rather than declining, her health gradually improved. She has no need need for a cane— much less a wheelchair— and at 75 enjoys frequent bicycle rides, writes stories, talks clearly, goes dancing, sings and plays musical instruments.
[Anne was happy and enjoyed her great health improvement.]
At her last visit to USCF Medical Center, she was asked to participate in a study along with other MS patients. The doctor running the study pronounced her 90% healthy. This is unheard of in someone diagnosed with MS 20 years ago. Anne has practiced Pangu Shengong two hours daily for the past 17 years. (You may click here to read her testimonial.)
Cristen is another person who has moved beyond the boundaries of modern medicine through Pangu Shengong. She was diagnosed with severe Rheumatoid Arthritis in the summer of 2004. Her condition worsened to where she was bedridden and wheelchair bound and profoundly sad by 2011. She learned the Moving Form in 2011. Right away she diligently applied the six practices advocated by Master Ou as part of Pangu culture. Through this, she was able to achieve what was considered miraculous. Her RA is in remission since 2015, and, since early 2018, she has had no need for RA related medications. (You may click here to read her testimonial.)

Master Ou applies his philosophy of love and kindness to cure illness, bring happiness and to enrich lives. He teaches that love and kindness can positively effect the natural world as well as people. In April 2017 Master Ou began conducting an experiment where he applied loving and kind energy to the flowers at his home. The result was five different varieties of continuously blooming flowers, all year long, regardless of the season, and numerous other varieties of flowers that extended their blooming time well beyond their usual seasons. Many people have come to Pangu Ranch during advanced classes to witness this spectacle.
During one of his lectures at an advanced training, Master Ou explained that “The blossoming period is the kindest and most beautiful of flowering plants, bringing beauty to human beings, fragrance, food for birds, bees, butterflies and other creatures. The flowers at Pangu Ranch are able to break through their normal boundaries, presenting their most beautiful selves. Why can’t we humans do the same?”
In the coming year of 2019 Master Ou will continue to teach in different cities throughout the world and will host more advanced retreat programs and workshops at Pangu Ranch, helping practitioners to further enhance their heart and soul qualities and physical health, allowing them to present their kindest and most beautiful selves to the world. Wishing you kindness and friendliness, good health and happiness, benevolence and beauty!
