In the Group Healing Session, Master Ou will send healing energy to all the individuals who signed up for the session. For these individuals, you may enjoy the healing in one of your favored locations at home, at work, or in the great nature. When you register, you may submit your health concern(s) in the registration form (this is optional). We will translate your message to Master Ou. After we receive your registration, we will provide instructions for how to receive Master Ou’s healing energy. At the scheduled time, simply follow the instructions to receive the healing for 30 minutes. No phone or other communication device is needed. It is best for you to receive the healing in a quiet place. |

Celebration of Longevity In Master Ou’s poem “Spring Joy”, he said, “The endless cycle of life is the most miraculous law in the great nature. Spring provides the best stage for the expression of this wonderful phenomenon of life.” There is no better season than springtime, a season filled with new life, for celebrating longevity! Therefore, we would love to share with you in this newsletter two testimonials of longevity and good health from two senior Pangu Shengong students. Sam Shen, a Chinese-Australian Pangu Shengong student in Sydney, turned 100 years old in April 2023! He received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Harmony Celebration 2023 just before his birthday in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the annual event. In the celebration he shared his experience and said, “Pangu Shengong has turned around my beliefs in life, I truly believe that with Pangu Shengong, following Pangu and Master Ou’s guidance, “Take Kindness and Benevolence as basis, Take Frankness and Friendliness to heart”, we’re all capable to live till 100, and over 100”! Please click here to read more. Lee Sun Chan, WingSze Chan’s father, a Chinese Pangu Shengong student living in Hong Kong, celebrated his 92 years old birthday in October 2022. Twenty years of practicing Pangu Shengong daily helped him to balance his blood pressure, improve and then maintain his digestive system, hearing ability, eyesight, and immunity. The dark colored age spots on his face and hands have disappeared, his skin is smooth, and his face looks fuller than before. He is fitter than before, and he says he weighs the heaviest he has ever weighed, which used to be around 103 pounds and is now 121 pounds. A few months ago, he started to notice some black hair growing, taking the place of his formerly white hair, on his head, eyebrows, and in his nose. During the birthday celebration, I noticed a row of black hair growing on the bottom of the back of his head, some black hair at the top of his head and on both sides. His eyebrows, which were white, now looked black. He still walks briskly and does laundry, shopping, and cooking for himself. Virtual Group Practice of the Moving Form
The Pangu Shengong Moving Form virtual group practices, based at the Pangu Ranch, have been available online twice a day (8 am and 5 pm Pacific Time) since the beginning of March. The sessions are by Olivia, Master Ou’s daughter, and other instructors at Pangu Ranch.
