Workshops from June to December 2019

The Bahamas, June 17-20:

Master Ou will give workshops at Sivananda Ashram Bahamas Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas. He will teach the Moving Form, Nonmoving Form, and Healing Skills courses. He will give one-on-one private healing sessions as well. Please click here for more information and registration.

Raleigh NC, July 12-15:

Master Ou will be offering PGSG courses, with several Advanced Topics classes, on the East Coast in Raleigh, North Carolina. Friday, July 12 – Monday, July 15.
In addition to the regular suite of PGSG classes, Master Ou will dedicate a large portion of the weekend to teaching Advanced Topics to current PGSG Instructors and other dedicated PGSG students. We are also excited to include Tai Chi Master, Vincent Chu’s Pangu Tai Chi, Anisha Desai Fraser’s Pangu Yoga, and a Golden Hill Charity Fundraiser to our course offerings. Please see below for prerequisites to attend the Advanced Topic Classes. Due to conference room space constraints, space is limited, please register early.

Pangu Culture Summer Camp in California, August 16-19:

On August 16-19 of 2019, we will be hosting a Pangu Culture Weekend – Pangu Culture Summer Camp. This unique, meaningful and possibly life changing event is a first of its kind opportunity to broaden and deepen your understanding and experience of the many profound aspects of Pangu philosophy.

The purpose of this weekend is to be immersed in Pangu Culture through group practice of PanguShengong (including Pangu Tai Chi and Pangu Yoga), Path of Life reading and discussion, and activities related to the cultivation of heart and soul through Pangu related activities.

San Francisco Bay Area, CA:

Throughout the year Master Ou teaches Pangu Shengong and gives private healing sessions in San Francisco when he is not traveling.

Pangu Shengong Advanced Retreat DEC. 6 – 9, 2019

Master Ou will give lectures Friday night, Saturday and Sunday morning and afternoon, and will conclude with a final lecture on Monday morning. He will share his insights and experiences to assist us in applying these pertinent lessons to our lives. This is an excellent opportunity to broaden understanding and further our progress. This retreat is a rare opportunity for Master Ou to meet with dedicated students to discuss advanced topics and to answer questions. Click here for details and registration.
